Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving business growth, developing innovative marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, executing marketing campaigns, and helping to shape the strategic direction of our sales and marketing efforts. The role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to adapt and make quick decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Marketing Strategy: Create and implement tailored marketing campaigns to promote our services and expand our market presence. This will involve both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Lead Generation: Utilise various methods to generate leads, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to strategically position the company for success.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a demonstrated ability to attract and secure new business in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics, with experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach, capable of responding to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A clean and full drivers license with access to your own transportation, as travel across various locations will be required.
  • Prior experience in the waste management industry is a plus but not essential as all induction and sales training given.
