Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: £25,000 pa (Excellent Commission Structure)

Reporting to: James Sommers, Sales & Marketing Director

Location: Field Sales (in office 2 x per week)

Job Vacancy Executive
Role
  • Cold calling in key strategic areas, starting locally and developing regionally and eventually nationally.
  • Managing all incoming enquiries and preparing quotations to send to potential customers.
  • Responsible for all sales administration including preparing contracts, duty of care and send relevant information/forms to clients.
  • Send welcome packs to new clients.
  • Be responsible for the companies Telesales programme and taking the lead in cold calling clients using data provided and selling companies products, arranging to send quotations or booking in meetings for sales team to attend. This will be a targeted activity which will be discussed with your line manager.
  • Carrying out email campaigns using outlook and various other IT packages
  • Follow up calls once emails have been sent.
  • Assisting in the design & preparation of new marketing collateral
  • Shadowing the sales team, attending internal & external meetings where appropriate
  • Re-engagement with old lead track files
  • Answering the phone when it rings in the office.
Skills/Benefits

  • Be confident to pick up the phone and build relationships with perspective, new and current clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills having the ability to multi-task.
  • Take notes/minutes at sales and departmental meetings.
